It sure looked like it was going to be Matt Holliday for a while but I guess the victory went to the person who really deserved it. I'm sure everybody who's been expressing their opinion on the BTP blog will be happy that Rollins in the NL MVP !!!

He's a very good player but I'm suprised he beat out Matt Holliday. Prince Fielder was third and David Wright was #4 in the ballots.

I'm happy for Jimmy Rollins, he got the Silver Slugger, the Golden Glove and the NL MVP award this year but I'm still a bit disappointed about the way the season ended with us being swept out of the playoffs. That really sucked.

Oh well, can't wait for next season to start, I'm having bassebal withdrawls right now. Football season just doesn't seem to do it for me this year because the Eagles are sucking again.
